Poor customer service vice

No instructions came with crash bars. I was referred to a YouTube video from website that was not actually from the company.

As for the video, the iformation is no less accurate, just because we did not produce it. Valor cycles did a great job at creating the video and we are happy to promote his channel. In addition, we link the video in the product description so customers can view how it is installed prior to purchasing it as well as reference it at any time during install.
