Rampage mufflers: Not legal for sale or use on 2009 model year California touring motorcycles and all 2010 model year touring motorcycles. These models contain a catalyst in the head pipe and removing the catalyst from a highway motorcycle is a violation of pollution control laws.

I had some crazy loud aftermarket pipes on my Indian Scout Bobber, made my ears ring on longer rides. Snagged these with the baffles inserted and it’s perfect! Great sound without fatigue.
The exhaust sounds exactly like what I was hoping for. It offers a deep, meaty rumble with excellent gain at higher RPMs. I am very glad I got the baffles as well since the exhaust is quite loud even with them. This is significantly louder with baffles than the stock mufflers, and as loud if not louder than other after market exhausts even without baffles. I think they look great on the bike too and offer a much more aggressive appearance than stock. The only downside is that one of mine shipped with a slightly smaller diameter than the other. Its diameter matched the exhaust header exactly which required me to need to go out of my way to pick up an exhaust expander. The install ended up being more arduous than anticipated and requiring additional hardware that most people will not have on hand.
I spent a few days researching what exhaust would be the best fit for me. I wanted something that sounded better and louder than stock, but that wasn’t going to make my neighbors hate me. All of my research eventually led me to the Dean Speed Rampage with quiet baffles and I couldn’t be happier. It sounds so much better, has a great tone, and the volume is perfect. Install was fairly straightforward and simple. I highly recommend these pipes!
Went on easy and sounds amazing I might get the quiet baffles but so far I can't complain
These pipes not only look good but sound great. It is a bit difficult to "slip-on" so use a rubber mallet to get it in. It also helps to have a friend hold it, while another hammers it in.
