Return/Cancellation policy

Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested and a full refund may be issued on non customized items made by Dean Speed such as crash bars or mufflers or items of that nature. Third part items available at dean-speed.com returned will be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%  these are all items we carry of other brands such as grips, mirrors and brakes ect.  

Sissy bars are customizable and in most cases motorcycle year, make and/or model specific and as such are made to order. Due to the specificity, and the built to order nature we do not offer cancellations on these items past the 48 business hours after order. 

This includes custom Saddlemen seats or passenger pads. Once a custom seat has been ordered, you have 24 hours to cancel. 

Returns 

You may request a return for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost.

If the return is a result of a Dean Speed error, Dean Speed will pay the return shipping costs. (Dean Speed error may include but is not limited to you receiving an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If the return is not a result of a Dean Speed error, Dean Speed may be able to supply a return label, at the customers expense.

Upon receipt of the return, Dean Speed will inspect the items to determine if they are in new condition, or if they are in need of repair and/or re coating.

Repair and/or re coating costs will be at the customers expense.

Dean Speed will make contact with the customer within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Refunds for returned items that are not due to a Dean Speed error, will be subject to restocking fees as well as any return shipping costs and/or repair and re coat expenses.

Customers should expect to receive refunds within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to most addresses worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International shipping quotes do not include any customs duties and/or fees that may be assessed by the country in which the intended shipping destination address is located.

Dean Speed is not responsible for paying any customs duties and/or fees that may be assessed on an international shipment.

Warranty

Any product not manufactured by Dean Speed is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Dean Speed does not assume responsibility for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims on products not manufactured by Dean Speed.
